Language Teachers, The French Traveler welcomes you to our 2010 Professional Development Workshop: Lyon Lumineux in Lyon, France 13-24 juillet 2010

Our language and culture workshopsespecially for French teachers focus on contemporary cultural issues in France today. Each summer we host our workshop in a different city of France (see list below). Morning seminarspresent various aspects of the current burning issues and afternoon excursions to places of cultural and historical enhance your understanding. Optional activities are available to deepen your knowledge and appreciation of the French culture when you’re not otherwise occupied in your leisure time. Our participants hail from the four corners of the US, hence opportunities for talking shop are endless. Ça va sans dire, the language of the workshop is strictly French. You earn 85 Professional Development Points for your efforts, and you may also apply for three graduate credits from the University of Massachusetts/Boston for your hard work.
